  I absolutely despise this store, standing around waiting to buy a few pairs of football boots, ending up waiting 15 minutes and still no one on the shop floor, go downstairs and see 5 members of staff just standing around chatting by the tills with no customers nearby. Asked one member of staff if any one could attend upstairs was told ‘someone is up there, they came down a few minutes ago to help with the tills’. Went back upstairs and still no one up there. Called it a day and walked out. I’ll go direct to Adidas next time, they want to help and assist you and welcome your business.
